VEC now offer a BNG service for small sites. As CMLI and IEMA professionals if your site fits within the small sites metric, (under a hectare and less than 10 homes) and requires Biodiversity Net Gain we can offer you this service for your planning application.
We will visit and assess the site for habitats, assemble the Small Sites Metric, and write a BNG report for small sites, often less complex and will do this quicker and cheaper than appointing a separate ecologist.
